Autism Thrive Services (ATS) is an organisation offering consultancy, 121 support, and speaking services. We work in collaboration with local, national and international organisations.

Our social enterprise arm, A2ndvoice CIC, offers advice, information and support for autistic people and their families. We are run by parents/carers living and caring for a child or adult on the Autistic Spectrum, raising awareness and understanding from different perspectives.

We reach out also to the African, Caribbean, Asian, and Minority Ethnic Communities (ACAME) and Dual Heritage Communities in tackling the taboos and myths around Autism.

We host a range of activities and events looking at the needs of the family, supported by Autistic People and Specialists.

Our Values

We have some core values that underpin how we work:

  • Collaborative: We work in collaboration with a wide range of communities and bridge the gaps. We know that one size doesn’t fit all. Our goal is to meet the individual needs of our stakeholders.

  • Reliable: We are dedicated to going all in and won’t leave you halfway. We make sure to stick to the agreed time and specifications to avoid any disappointment.

  • Adaptable: We make reasonable adjustments to accommodate the needs of our clients and use different ways to reach different people.

  • Patient: We strive to give everyone the space they need to be heard with no rush. We take the time to listen to you.

  • Timeliness: We pride ourselves on taking projects to completion and meeting deadlines to avoid any negative ripple effect on others.
